Thank you for shopping with Digital Barn! We create custom, handcrafted, and personalized wood gifts and home décor, so each item is made just for you. Please read our shipping policy carefully to know what to expect.

1. Processing Time

Most orders are made-to-order, and production typically takes 5–10 business days depending on product type and personalization.
During holidays or peak seasons (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, etc.), processing may take longer, and we will notify you if there are delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options through USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your location.
Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $150.
Orders are shipped only to confirmed addresses. Please double-check your shipping details to avoid delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track your package until it arrives at your door.

5. Promotions & Free Shipping

Domestic orders over $150 automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
Occasionally, we may offer limited-time shipping promotions, which will be applied at checkout.
Free shipping does not apply to expedited, international, or special carrier requests unless otherwise stated.

6. Shipping Internationally

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery times vary by country and customs processing.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
For lost or missing packages, we will work with the carrier to locate or replace the order at our discretion.

8. Address Changes

Changes to your shipping address can only be made before your order ships. Once the order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address.

9. Additional Notes

Because our items are handcrafted and personalized, we cannot accept returns for shipping delays or lost packages that occur after handoff to the carrier, except in cases of damage or error on our part.
Please allow for slight variations in size, color, and engraving—these are normal and make your piece unique.
