2. Orders & Personalization

  • Personalization must be submitted accurately. We are not responsible for errors in custom text if submitted incorrectly.

  • Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify using approved methods.

  • Prices and promotions may change, but the price you pay is the one confirmed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if your item is damaged or incorrect. We will evaluate and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Standard shipping costs are non-refundable.
